Real Pokemon No.144

My first legendary, and i decided for all legendarys will have the same bg but its 'plate' will be the type but in greyscale. Articuno is the first cause it is the very first legendary in the pokedex. I wanted to make it the Ice of all ice pokemon. So the feathers reflect so much, it can be blinding, making it a shimmering blur in the sky, sort of bending light making it basically inviable. The perfect camerflarsh for a bird in the snowy mountains. Even on the clear days it will be hard to see becuase of its feathers.
